Wow, what a staff Trane has working in this location. I was greeted immediately by Stefan Ellis, transactions were as smooth as can be, and he informed me of current promotions and offers that Trane is currently giving (which is awesome). The lady working at the other counter asked if I needed something to drink immediately. As Stefan called for the staff in the back to pick up the order, the order wasn't even printed, and Emanuel was there to pick up the order. Emanuel was super professional as well. Definitely coming here again.
