Mark was excellent! I had a contractor that did me pretty dirty over the years and knew I had to find somebody else. I contacted On Point and it was a very good decision. Mark came out and had to show me the damage at the compressor outside and at the air handler in the attic. He went into specific details and showed me that it was not just a simple leak. He got all the necessary details for 2 proposals, one to fix and one to replace. Really the system should have probably been replaced due the the extensive damage the previous contractor did but due to funds being tight, they offered a very reasonable price to fix the issues the proper way and set it up to help catch any additional contaminants that possibly got left over. Mark was perfectly on time and his craftsmanship was impeccable. He was an absolute hero and I would refer him every time. On Point will be the only company I call if in need. Thank you so much!!
