Genesis Air Mechanical...Genesis meaning Creation/Beginning. Thank you Steven for "creating" air conditioning after 5 long days of September heat. From the time I called, Steven was in constant contact with me. Advising me when he was en route to the house and when he arrived. Within in minutes he had the problem resolved and fixed! Steven was polite, kind, empathetic, and very knowledgeable. He took the time out to educate me on all aspects of the AC system including Air Duct cleaning and replacement and different types of thermostats. AC units and air handlers need servicing annually! I have learned my AC lesson...don't try to do it yourself... call a professional!
