Called them to come out and replace an outside water spigot. Cut the water spigot out didn't even have or know where the water shut off was. Went downstairs cut the wood walls out of my bathroom all of this without saying a word about what they were doing by the way the walls all have to be redone because they can't be matched being older. Then said they would have to tear the whole lower bathroom shower out to get to the bracket that they needed to get to and that would be $700 more dollars. Or they could just cap it off they charged my fiance $100 they were going to try and charge her the full $220 that they estimated the job originally being totally destroyed a downstairs bathroom left the outside water spigot capped off so that there is no outside water spicket now and still collected money of course with no receipt. Luckily I have worked for the state in the past and I will be reporting them to the professional licensing branch and I am advising everyone that gives them a bad rating to please report them to the professional licensing Branch state of Indiana you can look them up on Google and please report them. Also I am reporting them to the Attorney General's office as well as filing a small claim lawsuit for $150 to sue for damages done on this day I'm absolutely shocked and it shows that anyone in the world can be in business whatsoever. Please anyone that has been wronged by this plumbing company please contact the professional licensing Branch with the state of Indiana it's really easy to report them and it will take their license from their business so that they can't keep doing this over and over to people.

Our apartment complex hired someone from this company to fix a leak in a pipe in our apartment building. The man they sent left his van running the ENTIRE FOUR HOURS HE WAS HERE. (Van number 34 on 1-17-18) Please please please explain to me why this van needs to sit here running for 4 hours while the plumber is inside working? Our entire yard and hallway reeks of exhaust fumes and I have a terrible headache from it. Nevermind the damage that does to the environment and the gas it wastes. Terrible.
