The unit worked fine, no problem there. We were very specific about the unit we needed, with a door big enough for a pallet. We have email evidence of those conversations and request. They sent us the wrong unit. It was not unloaded, we just asked them to bring us the correct one. Mistakes happen, no problem. They then charged us an extra delivery fee because they had to bring the incorrect unit back. This was politely brought to their attention, and they refused to take the added cost off of the bill even though it was clearly their mistake, complete with evidence via email. Any company that doesn't admit their own mistake and will not try to make it right is a huge red flag and no go for me. Will not be using them again.
