Christina is absolutely amazing! And I always appreciate. I was recently in there and the customer service is next to none. I was offered coffee and donuts. The wait was very minimal, and to top it all off Pablo demanded to top my purchases in my truck for me.

Today I had an extremely disappointing experience at this store. I came in to purchase materials and ended up waiting approximately 40 minutes in line, even though there was only one customer ahead of me. The counter service was clearly disorganized and inefficient, with very few employees available and no effort to improve the flow of customer service. At one point, the manager walked through the front area. I politely greeted him and tried to explain the situation, mentioning the excessive wait time and the poor customer service experience. Unfortunately, my concern was completely ignored. Without showing any interest in helping or even listening, he simply kept walking into the store and responded that he “couldn’t talk today” and that I would have to keep waiting if I wanted service. As a representative of an air conditioning company that frequently purchases materials from this Supply House, I felt disrespected and poorly treated. The issue was not only the delay itself, but mainly the lack of professionalism, respect, and consideration toward a customer. I’m leaving this review to express my dissatisfaction and also to encourage the company to reevaluate the attitude of its management and improve its customer service process. Every customer deserves respect, attention, and professional treatment.

I’m guessing the lives of others do not matter to this company, Considering this pathetic driver almost crashed into our car with our five minors. Speeding like a crazy maniac, not paying attention and swerving in and out of lanes. Some people do not deserve to have drivers license. 5:22pm
