⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional Late-Night Service from Gerardo at Grand Aire – Highly Recommended! We had an air conditioning emergency on a Saturday night and called Grand Aire after hours. Gerardo arrived at our house around 9:00 PM and immediately went to work diagnosing the problem with our AC system. He was incredibly thorough and professional. He took the time to carefully inspect everything, clearly explained what he found (including a refrigerant leak), and walked us through the steps he was taking to fix it. Unlike some technicians who rush in and out, Gerardo spent nearly two full hours at our home making sure the issue was properly addressed. He recharged the system and ensured everything was running smoothly before leaving. What really stood out was his attitude: Gerardo was clean, friendly, respectful, and genuinely pleasant to deal with. He answered all our questions patiently and made us feel completely at ease, even though it was late on a Saturday night. His professionalism and attention to detail turned what could have been a stressful, expensive ordeal into a smooth and positive experience. Thanks to Gerardo, our AC is working perfectly again.
