The D&W crew arrived on time at 8:30 AM Friday. They replaced our Heat Pump (condenser) outside and Air Handler inside the garage. We went with a single stage 5 ton Trane -5 SEER2 rating. The team of 3 worked very efficiently and very clean. I selected D&W due to the fact they are certified by Trane. Installation is as important as the system you buy. The difference between contractors was obvious. They did a great job and the owner Randy was on site quit a while. I highly recommend D&W !!! I called them because they were a dealer for a product that I have installed with my AC system. The EasyStart™ Flex Home AC Soft Starter. I saw that the light that is normal on was not and that my AC compressor was not turning on with the rest of the ac system. I had a great experience with D & W Heating and Air Conditioning. They sent Garth right over to take a look. They texted me when the tech was coming and Garth even arrived early and was very friendly, and had the problem solved within the 1st ten minutes. It was his day off and he couldn't have been nicer. If you ever want to set your home up to run on a generator if we have storms you will need the EasyStart™ Flex Home AC Soft Starter as part of the system to let you run your ac from a gas powered generator. This company is the dealer for this add-on device to make it possible to do this.
