Crosspoint Power & Refrigeration FTW

I have never been so suprised at a business before. Here's the story... 10AM on Dec 3rd 2025 I call their parts department looking for a front crankshaft seal for my APU unit. I have never been able to get service from any shop last minute so I assumed I would be working on my own APU in 20 degree temperatures today. If you own an APU you know that they NEVER take priority for repairs. The reefer trailers are always more important. The parts person tells me they have it there and asks if I would like to bring it in to get it worked on today.... Flabbergasted, I say yes!!!! Literally 30 minutes later my truck was in their nice warm shop and I was relaxing in their drivers lobby. Turns out it needed a water pump too! 4 1/2 hours later I am resting in my warm comfy truck never once affecting my load or any of my scheduling. You can bet if I ever need service again I will return here and I suggest you do the same! Thanks folks, I had a great day today thanks to your shop!

This is what I call service at above and beyond! Ran a couple times in and out but man they are super cool, super awesome! Worked on my reefer right away and mam the price at an on all rate, can’t beat it. Thank you you guys!!! Wish you guys are in Ohio.. amazing job and at super speed!!
