Totally satisfied with calling Comfort Pros . The owner came out on Saturday within an hour of my call . Diagnosed the problem and gave me the options for a repair which was a 1/4 of the price of a complete new unit . We chose to go with a new unit. Glad we did because we already had several different companies over the past 6 years fix this or that on the unit . I would recommend Comfort Pros to any of my neighbors and friends. So a Big thank you to Billy and Justin !

In the course of two days I dealt with so many great people from Comfort Pros! Justin came out and assessed our issue. We decided to get a new system as it was time. So Ervin came out a bit later in the day and sold me a great new a/c unit. Next morning, Ed and Joe came out to install it! Even the owner Billy showed up to say hi and welcome us to the Comfort Pros family! Top notch customer service from start to finish.

Very responsive, knowledgeable and nice. Had a basic issue with the HVAC, and they responded quickly to both call and texts and showed up same day in the window promised with a heads up text when they were on their way. Sean the service technician was awesome. Took great care for cleanliness of the house and work area. He was very kind and personable but worked with a sense of purpose; quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue. He took time to explain everything he was doing and throughly answered my questions. Left it cleaner than when he got there. Will definitely be my first call next time I have a HVAC issue
