We recently had issues with our AC system, and Javier came out promptly to assess the issue, and get everything back up and running while he ordered the part. After reviewing additional options with Climatic Conditioning, we decided it was time to invest in a new system. Jeff with Climatic Conditioning stopped by that afternoon to look at current system and provided a quote that evening. The very next morning, Jaden and Rafael arrived to install the new AC system. Both gentlemen were extremely knowledgeable, professional, and treated our home with great care, as if they were working on their own home. We truly appreciated the time they took to educate us about the new system and answer all of our questions. Their workmanship, professionalism, and customer service were outstanding from start to finish! From the very first person I spoke with at Climatic Conditioning, I knew I had called the right company. Sherry was so helpful and clearly explained the possible charges and pricing based on the issue I was having, which I really appreciated. She was also able to get a technician out the very same day, which was such a relief since I was leaving the next day for a week and was nervous about waiting until I got back. Izzy came out, fixed the problem, and most importantly did not try to pressure me into buying a whole new unit or spending thousands on unnecessary parts. I explained that our unit is older and that if we could afford a new one right now, we would — but at the moment, we just needed to keep it running. He completely understood that and was honest and fair with us. Overall, it was a great experience. It really lowered my stress level knowing I wasn’t being taken advantage of while trying to keep an older unit going, especially with me being away. Climatic was at my house today for routine maintenance on my AC. Luis Ponce was the technician. Luis was friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough. He was able to answer questions I had about how the AC system works, as well as provide some on the job experiences as examples. Climatic has actually done quite a bit of work at my home considering the original installer of my HVAC system didn’t do things the right way. They’ve done excellent work and the technicians have all been friendly, professional, and knowledgeable! Thank you Climatic for a job well done!
