Decided since installation company hasn’t completed my invoice request that when I got flier in mail with special rate that I would switch to Brockman for spring tuneup. So glad Colin was sent as he found issue in the fall for A/C not cooling right. He has a laid back work efficiency that I was comfortable letting him work without observation. He completed the job and offered a flier for using a contract for maintenance but was not pushy. I am impressed with the free offer of second opinion last year and how Colin found the problem and recommended having installation company repair.
