My AC stopped working - fan worked but no cooling , called modern air conditioning and they sent Josh . JOSH was knowledgeable explained the system to me most likely the cause of the issue had the system up and running less than an hour. The capacitor wires were burnt out. There are many different ways that could’ve happened, but he did a good job. Replaced it now. Everything’s working fine. JOSH has a good tech. I recommend him for any future repairs. I haven’t received the invoice yet so I can’t comment on the cost

Damian was very professional. He spent a lot of time doing the job right. We discussed. Options for future care and maintenance of my HVAC system. Upon advice of his superiors he recommended a new UV lamp. I was told this price of this was over $1100.00. Even with my military and previous discounts. Later I had time to research the costs of a UV lamp and internet prices were nowhere near the $1100.00 he was quoted. I am now very sorry I did not take time to do the research while he was here for I never would have agreed to the $2123.00 price I paid I have yet to receive the itemized bill that I requested. Thus I still do not know what all I paid for. I must say that Damian did an excellent job taking care of my system But it is another thing with management who should have send an itemized bill before now. Lynne Grover 9/22/25 11:07 pm

Kenneth did a great job on the service call for our air conditioning unit today at our house. He was very kind and explained exactly what he was doing. He even showed me the voltage meter reading on the new part he installed. It was also very nice to our little dog and was very patient with her as she was barking constantly because a stranger was in the house for a bit. Thank you Kenneth!
