Very sad experience. I bought this Hoshizaki Ice Maker from this company, after install it has not worked. Contacted them several time, no support on resolving issues. It has been about 3 plus weeks, just putting me back and forth yet not resolved. What a disaster experience. Any businesses be aware you may not get support if you buy anything and it does not work.

DO NOT purchase an ice machine from these guys for your hotel…I need an ice machine for 3 more of my properties and would never go through them again…I purchased one back in August and I’ve had issues every month and the techs basically told me the issue is with the ice machines they are selling …I’ve gotten no response, super unprofessional company
