Quick Answers

How do I choose a reliable commercial HVAC contractor in Phoenix?

In Phoenix's extreme desert climate, facility managers should prioritize contractors with verifiable local experience, a track record serving commercial buildings, and a clear service radius that covers their property. Ventana Distributing Company is based in Phoenix, AZ, and focuses on commercial food service equipment including ice machines rather than general HVAC contracting, so managers needing HVAC services should confirm the specific scope before engaging any vendor.

Does Ventana Distributing Company provide preventive maintenance for commercial HVAC systems?

Ventana Distributing Company is a wholesale distributor of commercial ice machines, dispensers, and reach-in equipment, not a general commercial HVAC contractor, so preventive maintenance for HVAC systems is outside their stated scope of services. Facility managers requiring HVAC preventive maintenance in the Phoenix metro area should seek a contractor specifically licensed and equipped for commercial HVAC systems.

How do I get a quote for commercial HVAC work from Ventana Distributing Company?

Ventana Distributing Company specializes in wholesale commercial ice machine and food service equipment distribution rather than HVAC contracting, so they are best contacted for quotes on ice makers, dispensers, and related equipment for Arizona foodservice operations. Facility managers can reach them at their 15,000 sq ft warehouse at 2825 E Chambers St, Phoenix, AZ 85040 for equipment inquiries.

About

Ventana Distributing Company is a Phoenix-based wholesale distributor of commercial ice machines, dispensers, and reach-in equipment, serving the food service industry across Arizona since 1986. Operating from a 15,000 square foot warehouse in the heart of Phoenix, Ventana Distributing maintains a large on-hand inventory so dealers and their end customers avoid costly wait times for equipment. The company represents Icetro America, a manufacturer with a global installed base of over 2 million ice and slush machines, offering a full lineup that includes cubers, nugget ice, and flake ice units suited to restaurants, convenience stores, and other commercial food service operations. As a wholesale distributor rather than a mechanical contractor, Ventana's value lies in product availability, knowledgeable equipment guidance, and competitive pricing for Arizona dealers and operators. Their nearly 40 years of representing restaurant equipment companies in-state gives them specific familiarity with the demands Arizona's climate places on commercial ice production equipment. Facility managers and property owners in the Phoenix metro area who operate food service tenants or amenities — and need a local source for commercial ice machine inventory, parts, and accessories — will find Ventana's warehouse model and long-standing industry relationships a practical resource. Their stated 25-mile service radius from central Phoenix covers much of the greater metro.

Very sad experience. I bought this Hoshizaki Ice Maker from this company, after install it has not worked. Contacted them several time, no support on resolving issues. It has been about 3 plus weeks, just putting me back and forth yet not resolved. What a disaster experience. Any businesses be aware you may not get support if you buy anything and it does not work.
