Update: After I posted this review, the company contacted me promptly and scheduled a visit to inspect the issue. After reviewing the installation, they acknowledged that the leaking connection was their responsibility and offered to repair it as a courtesy. I appreciated the response and thought the matter was finally being addressed. Unfortunately, that is where the progress stopped. More than a month has now passed, and no repair has been completed. I have called the company over ten times trying to get an update. Each time I receive a different explanation: waiting for parts, management is unavailable, still waiting for a decision, or some other reason. At this point, the original leak remains unresolved, and the corrosion continues to worsen. While I appreciated the initial outreach, accountability means following through on commitments. The lack of communication, inconsistent explanations, and failure to complete the promised repair have left me extremely frustrated. Original review: Avoid Supertech HVAC. They installed my water heater with poorly sealed connections that have been leaking ever since. It is now causing visible corrosion around the fittings. This is basic work they failed to get right. I reached out to the owner with photos, no response at all. Bad workmanship and zero accountability. Save yourself the trouble and go with someone else.

They showed up on time, explained what they were checking in simple terms, and answered our questions without trying to upsell anything.
