Excellent service. We were kept up to date as to when the tech would arrive and indeed he arrived within the 2 hour window and quickly took care of the faucet replacement. I signed up for a special deal to have an outdoor hose bib replaced by Atlantic Mechanical. The scheduler, Casey was prompt in contacting me to arrange a convenient time. We were able to arrange the work on my first choice, just a few days later. As promised, the installer, Ron, called to let me know I was next on the list and he would arrive in about 1 hour. He arrived promptly and when I greeted him at the door he handed me several useful promotional items with the company information. Ron was polite, efficient, neat and kept me informed of his progress. The job was completed in about an hour and Ron took the time to explain proper operation and how to winterize the faucet which looks great and works great. Great company to work with and great employee. I will use them in the future for plumbing needs.
