Rapid Response Heating and Air

Just bought a duplex. Had the gas turned on but couldn’t get the furnace pilot light to come on. I called Rapid Response for help. He was booked out but took a minute to talk me through it over the phone for FREE! It was resolved in minutes and he saved me a $89 service call! Wow!! I will definitely keep his number in my contacts list for future needs.

When the furnace was failing to stay lit, little did I know that I had a beast of a furnace repair job ahead of us. I called Rapid Response to try to prioritize local businesses. Boyd and Ronnie came out four separate times to diagnose and fix my furnace, and steeply discounted the cost of the repair. Both of these guys are straight shooters and persisted with a particularly tricky furnace repair, even going so far as to consult with a tech who worked exclusively on my brand of furnaces to get more insight to get us set up with a working heater again. I'd work with them in a heartbeat, and on top of it all they were incredibly kind and down to earth. Thanks again guys!
