I had a really great experience with IKAG. From the initial phone call to set up an appointment with Shey, all the to the install. Every step of the way was really awesome. I spoke to 5 additional companies and none of them had the service like this company. I had a full HVAC replacement and a water heater installed all for less than what the competitor quoted me for their base model of just the HVAC. And I even opted for a better than the base model. Camden and team came out to install the next day (I know that doesn’t happen every time). Super knowledgeable and well rounded. They were kind and friendly. Always happy to answer my questions as they worked. Gave me pointers and suggestions. Explained why they were doing things they way they were. There’s a reason this company has the ratings and reviews they do. Brandon the owner has opted for an experience along with service that far exceeds expectations. That along with pricing that is fair, will always garner the business over the other guys. In a time where all these companies are being bought out by private equity firms, Brandon keeps it local and personal. Thanks for the great time, product, service.

The required diagnostic appointment went smoothly, scheduling was a breeze. Their replacement estimate was reasonable, but the timeline has been rough. They don’t lose any stars for that it’s not within their control. Replacement went well, will use them again!

I called at 730am on a Monday and a real person answered the phone. She gave me an appointment for 730-930 that same morning. Alex, the repair tech, arrived at my door at 8:18. He quickly diagnosed the problem with my outdoor AC unit, replaced the broken part, stayed long enough to allow the system to cycle several times, and was gone in 20 minutes. I understand the high review rating. I found my HVAC contractor.
