Great service from Pinnacle - saved us lots of money! Our furnace had a problem and we called emergency services from a company over the weekend. The person who came quoted $1450 to replace the faulty inducer motor ($1305 for the part) but it couldn't be done until Monday. For that price, we were prepared to just buy a new furnace since ours is over 20 years old. Pinnacle had installed a new heat pump for us around 10 years ago when that needed to be replaced and it has been working fine so we thought we would contact them this past Monday. Josh the service manager from Pinnacle said he would look into the cost of the part and could replace everything for approximately $640. It turns out it wasn't needed because when the technician Jason came today, he was able to fix the old inducer motor without using the new part. We were only charged the cost of a service call. Jason explained to me that there are part replacement people and field technicians. The former don't investigate the problem (like the person who came over the weekend) and I guess they can also charge a lot. Pinnacle sends field technicians to investigate. New company to me this year but came as a recommendation from a co-worker. Needed AC work done during the summer. Pinnacle was very responsive and very reasonable. Could have tried to sell me on a new system but made the old one work well with some repairs. Signed up for an annual maintenance plan and they have again been proactive, responsive and professional all the way. Definitely recommend.
