Update Feb. 17, 2025. Just had our dryer vent hose replaced. 27 years old and never been cleaned. New dryer was not working and the flow sensor kept coming on. When the techs took apart the 10 foot hose, it had 80% blockage with lint! What a fire hazard. This was not an easy job. They had to make a new hole in the wall and run 10 feet of metal hose to the outside of the house. New vent system is working great and the dryer is working as it should. I have known Dennis Perry for more than 20 years. What a great business man who cares about his clients. You can't go wrong using his services.

Couldn't have asked for better service. The company (individual) we have used for the past 25 years retired. He recommended Perry's. I called at 8 am as a new customer and they had someone at my house at 1pm the same day. The service representative Ty was awesome and explained what he had found and fixed the problem. Just Awesome

UPDATE! I am very happy to write that the owner came out and talked with my landlady. Together, they came to an understanding and an agreement. I was very impressed with the professionalism displayed by the owner as well as his desire to be a good business owner and make it right. Thanks, Perry's, for doing a great job! The house I live in is owned by a very sweet senior citizen and business owner. We called Perry's. His guy said he was 99% certain that he fixed the problem. He did not. Another service call was made. Instead of being ready to stand behind the first assurance, we were charged another trip fee to be told that the problem required yet another repair. At least this guy said 'no gaurantee.' We wanted to give Perry's our HVAC business but we need a service provider who will stand by their assurances. Our money isn't funny so we don't deal with funny business.
