Having been very disappointed with my previous HVAC contractor that I had used for years, I found MC Mechanical with the help of a Google search and reading reviews. To borrow a phrase from Bill Greene, “One call. That’s all” it took and I’ll never look back. To explain, it was a Saturday, A/C wasn’t working correctly and I had never used MC Mechanical previously yet Mark spoke to me like I was a long time customer. He came in just a few hours, quickly diagnosed the issue and thoroughly explained the problem. While the repair required an unavailable part to resolve the issue, Mark skillfully identified a work-around that allowed the unit to function effectively until the new part came in. Mark spoke to me the entire time like I was a friend not just another inconvenient customer. He was not just honest but also caring as well. You just don’t get that from the larger companies whose primary target is to see how much money they can pull from your wallet. Later that evening Mark also contacted me to make sure everything was still running okay and we were comfortable. Wow! Not expecting that but it was much appreciated. I should have put this earlier in the review but his repair price was EXTREMELY reasonable - Less than 1/2 of what my previous contractor would have charged. Here it is now Monday and Mark already ordered the part and contacted me to let me know it would be in tomorrow and he would be installing it by afternoon. He will also correct a drain issue he saw due to an incorrect prior installation. Again less than 1/2 the cost my previous contractor would charge and I even had a so called “service contract” with them. No more. I got my buddy Mark to help if, or rather when, another HVAC issue occurs. Thanks again for all your help Mark! Customer for life.

Was having trouble with the heating unit quitting out at the coldest points at the night. Mark came out pretty quick and made sure we knew what he was doing. Problem ended up needing a couple trips out, but Mark made sure that we didn't freeze in our home. Good service! Great business!
