We hired Needham Mechanical to install a heat pump in our house. They were absolutely amazing from start to finish. Courtney in the office was extremely knowledgeable and knew exactly what we wanted/needed. The crew was great!!! They showed up on time and left our house spotless. Thank you for a wonderful experience. We will definitely be calling Needham Mechanical again!!!

Got home from work at 7pm and the central AC was dead. By 630am they were at my house and got the unit up and running. Couldn't really ask for anything more than a turnaround that quick especially during the summer when AC is vital. The Technician was nice as could be, explained what he was doing/checking, and what the issue was. He said the unit was still in good shape and he didnt try to sell me a new unit.
