Ken and his team were able to schedule me in same-day when my AC broke on one of the hottest May days on record. They were prompt, arriving at the exact time stated, and then it only took about 30mins to both diagnose the problem and replace the part. Bonus, price was less than expected! Ken did a great job investigating and repairing my heat furnace. I’ve been dealing with a condensation issue for years and had it looked at by multiple techs. All of them asked me to replace multiple parts of the system for thousands of dollars except Ken. He patiently explained to me what went wrong and recommended very reasonable fixes to prevent condensation going into the furnace. I finally have a consistently warm living room, thanks to him! I’ll definitely go back to Ken and his team for future maintenance and problems.
