I want to thank the technician and the ladies in the office are being very professional and taking care of my issue. In such short notice. I was done within the hour. I highly recommend this location for any reefer issues. Thanks a lot and keep up the good work guys.!!!!!!!!

Sooo, if your not loaded( reefer trailer) will have to make an appointment- 2 to 3 weeks in advance! On appointment day you drop trailer. However, in the words of one of the customer service ladies-" we make appts for you to drop it off and get in line, We work you in and that could take up to a week. Well, I dropped on a Wed for next day Thursday appt. I called following Tuesday for update, not in yet but was assured that they planned to get it in that week. Nope, it sat thru 3 day weekend- no phone call from them with update. I called on Tuesday- needs new compressor apparently ( was to have compressor seal replaced). Again, no phone call with explanation of findings. AND, AND NO ESTIMATE UNTIL NEXT DAY BECAUSE SERVICE MANAGER IS ON VACATION AND ONLY HE CAN GIVE ESTIMATE. Unbelievable! Estimate emailed next day, again, no phone call about findings and explanation! Then, when I refused work, was told they would call when unit was put back together and diagnose bill ready. Nothing. I believe the issue is that they are the only certified Carrier dealer in Baltimore region, therefore are VERY BUSY and take it for granted. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AWFUL. AVOID IF POSSIBLE.

My company who utilizes the service department of Multimarine on a daily basis. Dealing with dispatch and all the technicians, they are extremely responsive and quick to get any of my service request completed, including services on TK units. I highly recommend them. They have made my job that much easier.
