MJM Mechanical

We had an excellent experience with MJM Mechanical. After years of dealing with HVAC companies that constantly push service contracts and try to upsell products, it was refreshing to work with a company that was simply honest and professional. They first came out last fall for seasonal HVAC service and didn’t try to sell us anything we didn’t need. They serviced the system using the filter we already had instead of insisting we buy one from them. Yesterday our air conditioning stopped working, so I called for AC repair this morning. They had a technician at our house by 10 AM, which was incredibly fast. The repair originally looked like it needed a $250 part, but the technician checked the system warranty and discovered the unit was still covered — something we didn’t even know. Because of his honesty, the part ended up being free and we only paid the service call and labor. They were fast, professional, and truly honest — which is hard to find these days.

Called MJM because the pipe to my hose busted this winter & started leaking. They were able to schedule me in very fast! D came out and had it fixed within a half hour, he was very pleasant to work with and helpful in explaining how the new valve works and what to do next winter so this doesn’t happen again! 10/10 experience - highly recommend this company!
