Misurelli Sorensen Heating & Air Conditioning New Berlin

Very nice young man went through everything and showed me what was causing the problem and was able to put back in the motherboard another heat company took out and said it needed to be replaced, cancel that and the gentleman from Misurelli had came today two days after furnace was diagnosed looked at the motherboard it was condensation damage but was not ruined was able to use the same motherboard , put it back in I'm up and running other company just looking for money 😡

The two technicians that they sent were very prompt, polite, professional and efficient. After installing my new furnace, they hauled the old one away and cleaned up the area. Just moments before their departure, they took the time to answer all of my questions regarding how my new thermostat worked, as well as the filter size needed for the furnace.
