Gross Heating & Air Conditioning

My 1970s A/C unit finally gave out after 50 years of faithful service! Gross had come out twice and serviced the unit to keep her running over the last decade, but I knew all good things must come to an end eventually. I purchased a 2 ton Carrier unit and Daniel, an awesome HVAC guy, was able to install it that same week! He even had to deal with a crazy dog and handled it all like a pro. He paid attention to the small details and taught me how to hose the unit down to clean it. (I was never quite sure how to do this the correct way.) I can't thank Gross and Daniel enough!

We called Gross simply because they had a sticker on our furnace when moving in. Happy we did - punctual, professional, and reasonably priced. We’ve had them perform all service and install a new humidifier, all have gone perfectly. They let you know when equipment is wearing out, but by no means pressure you into replacing still functional items. Great company to work with.
