Professional, efficient, and expert service. We contracted KCR to commission a used 50hp glycol chiller with a remote condenser unit in an unusual indoor-outdoor split setup. They provided an accurate and comprehensive estimate & timeline, and did the installation and setup perfectly. As is expected with any new-to-you equipment, a couple interesting issues popped up, and KCR had the availability and expertise to troubleshoot things quickly and keep the cold flowing. They were great at explaining everything along the way and providing suggestions for spare parts to have on hand for any other issues that came up.
