In addition, he showed and explained what he was doing to provide a solution. Tom is an asset to his company and would recommend him to others.

Cannot recommend this place enough! Although it took two trips because of parts, the service tech not only arrived in a timely manner, but he also called ahead, well in advance. I had to reschedule the second trip and they were super accommodating. They were contracted through Lowe’s and I will absolutely reach out to them directly if need be.

initial experience with this company wasn't great, but it was due to miscommunication by all parties. I am editing the review because I had emotional bias, and didn't give the company itself a fair assessment. I will meet halfway because the communication between the company's scheduling and the technician differ too vastly. I understand life, work and traffic happens, and it's hard to grasp an exact time between job locations, but that should work both ways. if we give the technician a 2-hour window, the least they could do is give our tenant 5 minutes; instead, we were met with "I can't wait 5 minutes, you'll have to call our office to reschedule."
