Absolutely 100% satisfied with the service we received today from Hartz Heating and Air. Over the last few weeks our aging furnace and AC was showing serious signs of nearing its end. My wife and I have had several companies out for quotes and decided to go with Hartz. Mike's proposal was not the cheapest nor the most expensive. What sold me on Hartz was what Mike included in the proposal. Some of the other companies quoted just to swap out what we had. Mike's quote included changing a few things not just to make the system work again but rather make it work much better. Hartz didn't send out a couple of mindless techs to install our new equipment either but rather what felt like the whole company. They were all nice to talk to and treated our comfort like it was their own comfort. I would most definitely recommend Hartz to anyone looking for a straight forward out for your best interest heating and air company. I came home to a warm house today!
