My heat went out, Jacob's had installed my furance years ago,( it is an old unit but still running well) and my parents for years always used them. They immediately scheduled me and I had a technician arrive and resolve the issue, my furnace was up and running in a timely fashion. My technician was Bryan D. and the person in service was Kayla both were professional, kind and attentive to my concerns regards to my furnance being out. I can't refer or regard them high enough I was so impressed at the detail and consideration that it was very cold out and they responded so quickly due to it is their high season and I know busy with other customers. BRYAN came out early on a March morning that I noted my furnace was not functioning. He very quickly discovered the batteries for my thermostat needed replacement. Lesson learned after having had a hardwired thermostat! He told me about the history of Jacobs, which I chose due to a service sticker on the air exchanger but knew nothing more about. I was very impressed, and when offered I signed up for a yearly maintenance program. Thank you, Bryan, it was so nice to meet you.
