Interstate Cold Storage - Fort Wayne West

Place was amazing. Show up whenever, there’s parking available on site. Check in, be courteous and professional. Guy up front was nice, employee came outside to verify my trailer was at temperature, which was -20 and gave me a door right away. Once done, pull your trailer out and park in front of the doors. They’ll come out and seal it, and you can go get paperwork. They’re firm on appointments so don’t be late. They have a $250 work in if you miss your time. Had me loaded within an hour and a half. Was an amazing experience and they also have restrooms and vending machines if you so choose. Closest cat scale is the TA few miles north of their location. Don’t follow GPS, go down to main highway 14 then up 69.

So fast in and out, 1 hour took them to load full truck, so nice people. Vending machines, clean restrooms and overnight parking.

5/5 got here at 6 for my 7 am apt they open at 7am got door at 7 got green light 745. First time here and have to say I won't mind one bit anytime I get loads delivering here.. from checking in to leaving was a pleasant process.
