Gene was able to quickly come out, diagnose our HVAC system, and fix a minor leak. Great experience and price overall.

A picture is worth a thousand words. STAY AWAY AT ALL COST. Was with these cats for 3 years no problem but had my dad AC repaired but pan overflowed after new system causing the Ceiling to leak they came back to repair the leak and it was fixed, but they said we are not concerned with damaging your ceiling. They also stepped through the drywall as well, never mentioned it. Tried calling Gene the owner for over a month with no return call. 🏃‍♂️ Was informed by a worker that use to work there and this is what she posted on the pic below for all to see on Facebook. I now believe her. I hope I never run into these vehicles on the road. #IJS. I will get mine I guarantee 💯 you by all means necessary! Dont play bout my $$, somebody pocket gonna pay. I will never sit on someone trying to get over on me our my family, best belive dat! Always believe in you will pay now or it may cost you in the long run. 😉

When I was on the hunt for a new HVAC system a few years ago, Hospitality Hearing & Air had the right person meet me at the house and I paid almost $9,000 for a new system. They perform 2 free inspections/check ups on your system to prevent issues during the hot summers or cold winters. I shared with the person who scheduled my check up that my schedule wasn't flexible due to my cancer treatments. I moved things around to sit at a house for 6 hours, waiting on them, but no one ever called me back (I checked in after hour 4), so I texted the phone number left on their voicemail. As you can see from the text response, he wasn't hospitable at all. No apologies, no remorse for making a customer of several years wait, when I could have been doing things more beneficial to my well being... I called the office back to talk to the manager or supervisor, and the nice lady on the phone informed me that the person I was texting was the OWNER! She apologized for my experience and stated that she wasn't sure why he responded that way as he's going through health challenges too (and is usually more empathetic). I truly hope he will be ok, but due to the lack of professionalism and care he showed me, I would not recommend using their services. You can not treat people like they don't matter, but still expect them to be a promoter of your business.
