I spoked with Joshua (owner/supervisor). His technician serviced my walk in cooler for the last two visits. I had my new unit put in 2020 by another company and the compressor failed just recently due to the company’s negligence. It was still under warranty but now is not because their work void the warranty. It cost me about $2300 to replace the compressor. I’m beyond irate. They said the service work would only warranty for 30 days. But I know anything can work beyond the 30 days and fail later because it’s not compatible. Joshua would not take responsibility for his employees negligence. I highly WOULD NOT recommend to any one needing refrigeration service. Call someone else, that’s what he advised me. I called on a Saturday and the answering service told me someone will call back and three days later, no call back. He doesn’t care about your service needs. On a separate note: Yes, you can smell Freon. The owner laughed like it’s not possible. 50 years in business, lol, more like 5 months.

High Point Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Company is reliable and fast when it comes to fridge repairs. They responded quickly and had our commercial fridge up and running in no time. The technicians clearly know their stuff and work efficiently. However, the cost is on the high side — repairs typically range from $500 to $800 per visit, which can be close to 80% of the cost of a new fridge. Unless it’s an urgent situation, it might make more financial sense to invest in a replacement instead of going through a repair.

This company responded promptly to our request for service. They came out in a matter of a few hours, and diagnosed our system very quickly. They worked diligently to find the appropriate parts that we needed to ensure that our system would function properly. They came back out the same day close to closing time to try and get our system fixed that same day since we have a small baby. They ran into an issue and we’re unable to fix it that evening, but came out on a Saturday morning when they are typically closed and fixed our system for us. We are very thankful that they paid attention to detail, came out on a day that they typically do not work just to fix our system, and they we’re very caring and professional. I highly recommend this company for any of your HVAC needs. You will not be disappointed!
