We hired this company to install our hood vent in our new kitchen and were extremely unhappy with the first installation. When we called, we told them that we needed them to bring new hardware to install it, as what came with the appliance was insufficient. This note was not communicated to the technicians who arrived at our house, and despite me telling them this in person, they did not listen to me. They used the original hardware, which left the hood vent hanging from our cabinets, they left the mess from drilling, and they scratched our brand new cabinets during installation. A supervisor was sent out the next day with the 2 original techs to fix the job and show them how to install it properly.

My 22 year old A/C system died last Monday. Called Gervais that Monday . They sent a tech out that afternoon. My system needed replacement. Their sales rep came the next day, Tuesday. I got 3 quotes. One was of my likened. We secured the financing and they replaced my system on Thursday. Unbelievable! Service was outstanding with regards to tech, sales rep and installers. I highly recommend Gervais to anyone who needs the numerous services they provide.

I made an appointment for my Central Air Conditioner to be readied for Summer. AC Tech Gledi explained everything he was looking for, pictures taken of attic system to explain. Outside Unit AC diagnostic showed 2 components that showed wear. Components ordered and installed few days later. Thank you !
