This is my second review. Nicolas came out to do the first maintenance on our new air conditioning and furnace units, which we had installed recently. He did an excellent job explaining how both systems work and was very knowledgeable. I needed help reconnecting my iPhone to the Sensi Smart thermostat after we changed our Wi-Fi router. Nicolas was very patient and made sure everything was properly set up so I could control the thermostat from my phone. He also flushed our hot water heater, and I was surprised by how much buildup was removed—it's definitely something I recommend everyone get done. For the installation, Tony and his partner did a fantastic job putting in the new furnace, AC, and Sensi Smart thermostat. They worked efficiently and even stayed extra time to make sure I understood how to use the new smart thermostat. The whole process was smooth and they left our home clean and tidy. I highly recommend this company for AC repair and installation needs.
