The guys here are great. They work quickly and do a high-quality job. I wouldn't say it's cheap, but these days, everything costs a fair amount of money. I'm satisfied with the service. P.S. I paid just over $700 to have the battery replaced. However, to justify charging me such a sum, they tacked on a general diagnostic check, an "error reset," and recommended replacing the filters. Yet, the filters currently installed bear a date stamp from January of this year. I had, in fact, performed a complete service and inspection of the reefer unit—including an oil and filter change—just three months prior. The very next day, I noticed that the access panel housing the computer unit had been left unlatched and was hanging slightly ajar—and it was pouring rain outside. I realized that the mounting bolts were broken, which was why they hadn't been able to secure the cover properly. In a rush, I began trying to use plastic zip ties to fasten the computer compartment cover, as the rain was coming down hard. My hand slipped, and the wire cutters I was holding jabbed right into my eyebrow. At that moment, I thought to myself: why is it that, after paying such a hefty sum, you still don't receive the highest standard of comprehensive service? You end up having to finish the very work you paid for—work that was supposedly completed just the day before. After all, that cover had been securely fastened before their "specialists" ever laid hands on it. It is truly frustrating.

Took my APU for my semi in for some work due to the unit not working at all. The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. They taught me a few things about the unit and got me in and out in a few hrs. With the rise in fuel plus engine wear, I really lean on my tripac and they made this experience a great one and would highly recommend this Thermo King to anyone looking for service in the Charlotte area.

Called this shop this morning, told them the issue that I was having with my Tripac. Asked if they could get me in. The person I was speaking to in service , said sure come on in. From the time I arrived until the time I left was 1 hour and 45 minutes. That included me dropping my trailer, checking in, then hooking back up to my trailer. Now my Tripac is working great. Thank you for the fast and professional service.
