Evolved Mechanical

Evolved Mechanical were simply outstanding - probably the best experience I've had with any type of contractor. We were replacing our oil boiler and converting to natural gas. First, they came in and provided a detailed and fair estimate, and responded quickly to our questions and made good recommendations. Then, during the installation they concluded that our piping system needed to be changed and did the incredible work you'll see in the photos below. Our sales rep Justin was a pleasure to work with - informative, not pushy - geninuely helpful. Jason, the owner, was directly involved in the install and provided heaters during the process. Kevin, who was on site the most, was great providing updates on progress and you can see the work. Can't really say enough about this company - highly, highly recommended.

Once again, this company did a great job over the years. I had multiple furnaces water tanks, put in or serviced in my Home and Family members homes and they always done a great job. The staff and all the employees are very professional very friendly and they treat me like family. The prices are great. We had been considering a heat pump installation for whenever our furnace eventually failed, but when that time came, it was right before one of coldest weeks of winter, and we were under pressure to act quickly. Through my research into heat pumps, I learned about Evolved Mechanical, and they were among the first companies that I reached out to when soliciting quotes to replacing our system. From my first call with them on a Tuesday, to every interaction that I had with anyone on the team, I sensed a genuine concern for our situation and a desire to ease our concerns and do everything humanly possible to provide the help that we needed. We were fortunate that when the furnace failed, the January thaw was in full effect, with temperatures peeking into the 50s. But with winter weather scheduled to return at the end of the week, I hoped to come to a decision by Wednesday and to schedule work to begin by Thursday. When I proposed this, no one ever made me feel like I was asking for too much. At the initial meeting, we quickly pivoted to the decision to install a furnace after we determined that a heat pump was not the right solution for us under the circumstances, because we could not complete prerequisite work such as window improvements in a timely fashion. As we switched plans, Justin, the technician who came to the house to assess our needs met the challenge head-on and recommended a dual-stage system that could serve as a backup if in the future we later convert to a heat-pump system. I greatly appreciate the friendliness, responsiveness, humor, professionalism, competence, and caring attitude of the entire team. The team was punctual, respectful, and did a great job of cleaning up after completing the work. They were here from before 8 to past 5 on Thursday, and then returned Friday morning to finish. By this afternoon, thanks to their hard work, the heat is back on, and we're ready for when the temps dip into the teens next week. Fantastic outfit. I can't recommend them enough.
