We had a major HVAC job completed this week by Dulin Mechanical, and I cannot say enough good things about this company and their team. From start to finish, the entire crew was incredibly respectful, professional, and hardworking. They showed up ready to work and stayed busy the whole time, clearly taking pride in doing the job right. It’s rare these days to see a team that is not only skilled but also courteous and considerate while working in your home. They were efficient, communicated well, and left everything in great shape when the job was finished. We are very happy with the work they did for us and the entire experience. Dulin Mechanical has my highest recommendation with full 5/5 star rating. Starting with the estimate for the job, explaining the options, fair pricing, quick turn around for the install and follow up service as needed, I was 100% happy with the project. Chance Williams was knowledgeable and professional, patiently answering all questions re: the difference systems in order to make the correct choice for my home. He came to the sight on both days during the install and personally took care of some minor tweaks after the install. The entire install team (Jamie, Tyler, Gary, Ronnie and Bill) worked efficiently and expertly to install a new AC/Gas furnace/heat pump, electrical upgrades and full duct work replacement demonstrating great team work to complete this job in 2 days. They cleaned up the site at the end of each day and even trimmed my shrubs around the relocated compressor. This is a big expense in one's home and trusting that the project and future maintenance of the investment is in expert hands is truly peace of mind. I will be contracting them for bi-annual maintenance visits going forward. Thank you to the entire Dulin Mechanical Team.
