Easy delivery. Jonathan S., friendly from the start. I assume that is because he is genuinely a nice guy. Fast. In & out, in under an hour. 5stars easy. Room not an issue. If further door, spin around and blindside/ tandems to rear. No worries. Might be little different if busier, but not much.

WARRANTY DANGER I caution you do not warranty any Carrier parts. They make you sign up for their program. Then you have to walk to people at the counter through the program. After they tell you the return is completely finished. You will have to call when they have not sent you the money and then walk the warranty department through how to get you back the money. Really shady. We will no longer honor any Carrier warranties as the labor to get the money back from them is intensive. Any small business owners beware of Carrier Enterprises If you even call for a part. You’ll be on the phone for an hour , even if you know the part you need , model number everything. Don’t try the online app. You can order everything wait a day and they’ll call you back laughing at you that you even tried and these are the real new numbers , Usually over twice as much as you quoted to the customer from app. + Shipping+ Wait time + Any other fee they feel like on a product that showed in stock, And the person on the phone says , why did you even try that Stupid app. Better Charge your customer upfront the $300 an hour Carrier phone charge. Called the store recently waited an hour and said the burners were on back order for 41+ days from the factory. Called seven days later to see if any update. Another hour on the phone the new guy on the phone said , but they’re just in Charlotte. They can be here tomorrow. They did still however, charged me the $50 From the factory charge for two burners that weigh no more than 1 pound Their equipment prices are double the industry average. Parts are triple the industry average and are hard to come by, and the people at the counter are useless. Your best course of action currently Once you’ve done your $300 surcharge to get the information from Carrier, you can usually Google these parts for half or less with free shipping usually within a day or two Still way cheaper for your customer Beware They’ll get to coming and going
