CE (Carrier Enterprise)

It is impressive to me a location like this can be as bad as it is for years. As I only really interact with the front counter people it appears they are trying. But whatever processes that are in place for back end ordering and customer support is the worst of any distributor I’ve ever dealt with. The wait time for parts, being told parts have arrived only for orders to be cancelled and parts then sold to someone else has happened way too often. As an ex FAD dealer this is the very reason we do our best to stray customers away from Carrier.

I used airport center parkway to get to golf acres because I wanted to back in from the street. There is just enough room to make a hard u-turn inside the parking lot but I was never a big fan of that. There's hardly any cars on the road at 1am anyway. They had me assigned to a dock as soon as I got there and started unloading right away. I wouldn't have a problem delivering here again. Park on the street first and then walk to the building to check in.
