Call Dad

Ended up being quoted the problem incorrectly. Technician was very pushy asking us to take his photo and include it in a “5 star review”. I demurred several times saying “oh maybe later not right now” and he insisted on posing for a photo saying that if I didn’t include the photo he didn’t receive money for every review. Stayed over 3 hours and did not get heating system repaired. Quoted $1100 to replace a heating valve. Ended up getting a second opinion and that was not the issue, paid $119 for a smaller issue and heating was back on. Caleb had said he was going to refund our original charge and that the check was in the mail but we have not received it so far 🤷🏻‍♀️

Isaac is the technician who came out to service my AC unit as late one night it stopped working. He was super polite to my wife as she was the one who called Call Dad to come check it out. He called 30 minutes before arriving and showed up right on time. He was very polite to me and very knowledgeable. The issue turned out to be super small and Isaac was upfront and honest about it which is refreshing as we’ve had issues with other companies trying to up charge us for things we don’t need. I highly recommended using Call Dad and if Isaac shows up to your house, you’ll be in good hands. Thanks Isaac.
