I just tried calling you twice. With no luck getting an answer. You should really consider who you hire as a driver. One of your vans was driving very aggressive, and literally drove past a bunch of cars on the 702 ramp coming from Essex going to 695. The sign on 702 prior to getting to the ramp, clearly say “alternate merge area” and your driver literally saw me coming and kept going faster. It should’ve been my turn to merge in front of him and he kept speeding up and when I finally was able to merge in front of him he decided to just fly by all the other cars and drive through the shoulder lane which is very reckless because that shoulder ends, and there’s cars coming from the other side of the ramp on 695. May I add i had my kids in the car. Which makes a 100 times worse! If he doesn’t care about the safety of others then he has no reason being behind the wheel! #idiotsbehindthewheel

They came out the very next day after initial call, to replace total air system. This week it was in the high 90s we are grateful for AIR CONDITIONING. The employees worked hard and efficiently.
