I had a new HVAC heat pump, air conditioner, and furnace installed by John and Henry! The entire project was completed in just two days. The Team was professional, punctual, and very knowledgeable! They explained everything clearly, worked efficiently, and left my home clean when they were finished. The system is running perfectly, and I can already feel the improvement in comfort. I'm so happy that I chose Albright! They beat out the competition with their pricing and I'm extremely happy with the quality of the work and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable HVAC installation. My roommate and I have been going to Albright's for our plumbing needs for a few years now. They are always very respectful, professional and accommodating! I expect that when our next project or issue arises, we'll be returning clients. Jesse (the technician who replaced our faucets in the kitchen and bathroom) was very prompt in both getting to our place and getting the job done. I also appreciated the tidbit in the SMS messages saying he was on his way. My roommate handled a lot of the conversation, but they said Jesse was great - very upfront! He told my roommate the pricing immediately and explained everything in a no-nonsense way. The faucets they installed work marvelously, and look much nicer too! Overall, it was a great experience working with them.

It was hard to find a HVAC company that actually picked up the phone and explained the service the technician would do. I was looking for a company that would not only give a thorough evaluation of my system, but also do any type of cleaning that it might require to avoid dust and dirt in the system. George was very professional. He was in a uniform to represent his company. He was on time. He was very helpful with his explanations. And I thought the price was fair for the cleaning and service and I need it one part replaced. Definitely recommend George and his company for cleaning and service. For all Bright mechanical - - please keep having someone pick up the phone and actually talk to your customers. It's so very important!
