Ace Service Co Inc

Ended up having an issue with our newer Southbend stove. Had a tech out a few times, replacing parts and the issue kept recurring. Had another guy come out marked Atech, though explained he and Ace were the same company, and he fixed it without parts. He even explained what happened and made it make sense. I forget his name, but he was tall with long hair. Thank you for fixing our stove!

Extremely Disappointed – Unreliable, Overpriced, and Unprofessional We contacted Ace Service Co. to repair a crucial piece of equipment—a commercial fryer that directly impacts our daily operations. From the start, the experience was frustrating. It took over a week just to get an appointment scheduled. Then, they failed to show up on the scheduled day without any notice or follow-up. When a technician finally arrived—again, without warning—they replaced two minor components (an ignition and a heat wand sensor) and billed us over $1,300. Shockingly, the fryer continued to malfunction with the same issue. I called to report this and was met with a level of indifference that left me speechless. I explained that we were operating at 70% capacity and that this was hurting our business. The dispatcher was completely unsympathetic and dismissive. Hoping for better support, I spoke with a manager who showed zero empathy or urgency. Her response to our plea for help? “Maybe next week.” This kind of service is unacceptable—especially when dealing with commercial equipment that affects livelihoods. We will not be using Ace Service Co. again and strongly advise others to look elsewhere for reliable, professional repair services.

Another driver complaint. Guy tailgated me then flew down a neighborhood side street to beat me around a loop. Then immediately ran the stop sign to fly in front of me and flew down a side road.. Unprofessional. You’re literally in a fully marked commercial vehicle. Next time I’ll see where the rush is
