This guy is great, calls back, is responsive and is very technical, he knows modern HVAC heat pump systems thoroughly. The original dealer that sold me my equipment in six years has never once returned a call, even for annual service, not a great feeling. Highly recommend Zibby.

Zibby is everything I was looking for: very responsive and communicative (both while scheduling an appointment and on the day of my appointment before his arrival), punctual, courteous, respectful, highly knowledgable, experienced, and properly equipped. He rescued my 30-year-old oil furnace, which was sputtering and coughing, and got it humming along smoothly again by clearing out an obstruction in the fuel line, replacing the fuel filter and sprayer nozzle (both of which were absolutely caked in sludge), brushing and vacuuming out the insides of the heat exchanger, cleaning the air intakes, and correcting the igniter electrode spacing (remarking that the previous technician clearly didn't know what they were doing). I would definitely recommend Zibby for furnace maintenance/repair and will hire him again.
