Kenny Gragsone did an excellent job! The work was replaced the panel package; his work was efficient and very professional. He worked alone on the entire project which was admirable! We bid a few systems through several companies, and while a lot of it was competitive in price, we felt that Extreme rose to the top in service level. Brandon walked us through our current system and why it failed, and was very patient with our questions and general lack of HVAC knowledge. The level of default services and warranties was hard to pass up. Jose and his crew were fast, clean, and professional on the next day install, with Brandon keeping us up to speed on where the crew was at in the process.
