Wise did a tune-up on my AC. They communicated well, letting me know when they would contact me again and what time they would arrive. I believe Tom was the technician. He was efficient and nice, there were no pressure tactics to upsell products or services. The price seemed very fair. I will use them again!

Tomas was extremely helpful in repairing our AC unit. He provided so much information and education about how the system works and went above and beyond by checking both AC and furnace units and reassured us that were all still in good condition despite being 22 yrs old. The previous co. that came out told us we should have the AC and furnace replaced because of it's age. We were thrilled that Tomas was able to repair it give us more time.
