Great service! I needed my entire unit checked out in the attic and got referred to Will Fixx HVAC services and DID NOT regret it ! The diagnosis was very clear and straight-forward , and Jerrod was very detailed, punctual and professional, as he was able to find the exact problem immediately. You know how they say Larry Bird called out every move and shot he took to the basket? That’s pretty much sums up Jerrod when it comes to HVAC lol. Great company !

Jarrod was super efficient, very knowledgeable & professional. He made sure I was aware of the parts needed to complete the job. My washer & dryer was up & running in no time! Thank you so much! I will recommend Jarrod in every room I can because he is truly amazing! I appreciate your help & honesty! 10/10! Great job!

I was referred to this company. I normally wouldn’t write a 2 star review. So boom, I I gave a description via phone call of my Dryer Issue. I paid the $100 fee to schedule, was told $50 of it would go to my service. Jarrod came to inspect the dryer, provided me the diagnostic verbally and emailed me the report same day. I also paid on cash and was told I would get a receipt. (still don’t have it). He do state he would send me the part #, as I can search Amazon to see if it was cheaper. The next day around noon, I followed up to let him know I proactively had the model # if/when he had a chance to provide the part # for me to search on Amazon. Also let him know I didn’t get TJ email receipt. He responded that he would follow up with his support team for the receipt. Them later he send a text stating my price for repairs is $260 and $50 was already deducted from this and let him know if I wanted to move forward with repairs. Ok cool, but I followed up to as about the part # that he was to send so I could search Amazon as he suggested that. So I just texted back and said schedule the repair. I received no response after that. That’s fine, I called on today Saturday, to f/u to my text he answered, informed he could schedule me possibly Tuesday and the part he is ordered is from Amazon don’t know when it will arrive, he can check Home Depot. There will be a part deposit, none of this is explained in the beginning. I’m just issuing out money and waiting around for my dryer to be fixed. So I advised I would cancel the repair no worries. I needed definite answers not me having to call u to f/u. What I paid was non refundable, so it’s all good. I will attached supporting docs. Situation could have been handled better. Learning lesson on my end to be better prepared and all questions up front.
