Don't even know where to begin. Whaley is the "authorized" provider for a number of big commercial brands and the only game in town for authorized repair. Our commercial oven had an issue and they charged us an exorbitant amount to diagnose, only to diagnose wrong. They estimated thousands of dollars in parts and labor when in fact the entire issue ended up being solved by another provider for less than Whaley's initial diagnostic fee. Customer service interactions have always been curt and scheduling takes a long time. normally I can find something positive in everything. Not here.

Beware if you use this company! We had to have them come check our oven because they are the contracted service provider. They charged us $355 to come out to diagnose. Their estimate to repair the oven was $5,000. We got a second opinion and it was only a wire that was fried, there was an extra wire inside the compartment (clearly this happens often) and it cost $200 to fix the oven. THEY ARE A RIP OFF!!

Worst Service providers. Scheduled them to fix my roller grill. Technician was well versed with what he was doing, but the office and MANAGER was rude in answering the concerns and just charges outrageously for the services. Scheduled them for a diagnostic visit and for a 30 min visit they charged me the amount equalled to 1 and half hour when I noticed that the tech was just seating in his van for almost like 45 mins.after 1 hour Tech comes in and lets me know you will get a quote from office tomorrow and gets my signature. Asked for invoice was not provided giving me excuse that the ticket is closed cant show you the invoice. Next day received an invoice of $278 and got a quote of over $700 to fix a motor in my roller grill. Out of which $500 was just for labor $100 for 1 hour. Spoke to office trying to figure out why so much and got passed on to manager who was outright rude on telling me that this is the charge if you want you can go ahead. the tone was like we work like this charging outrageously. Just avoided them to come back to my place for the service. got done the same thing via other people paying half of what this leaches quoted.
